30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with all original tags and packaging. Swimwear must include the original hygiene liner, fully attached and undamaged.
Items that cannot be returned
For health and hygiene reasons, swimwear without the original hygiene liner, underwear, bodysuits and other intimate items cannot be returned. Final-sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable unless required by applicable law.
How to request a return
- Email mvfdigital7@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for the request.
- Wait for our return authorization and return instructions before sending the item.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive another size or style is to return the eligible original item and place a new order after your return is approved.
Refund timing
After the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and package. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution.
