Refund policy

At LIVALEY, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If an item is not right for you, the following return and refund terms apply.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days after the order is delivered. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition, with all tags and original packaging. Swimwear must have the original hygiene liner fully attached and undamaged.

Non-returnable items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept swimwear without its original hygiene liner, underwear, bodysuits or other intimate items. Gift cards and items clearly marked final sale are also non-returnable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Starting a return

Before sending anything back, email mvfdigital7@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for the request. We normally reply within 1–2 business days with authorization, instructions and the return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service. LIVALEY is not responsible for return packages lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Inspection and refunds

We will notify you after your return is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive another size or style is to return the eligible original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or correct an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing begins or the order ships.

European Union cooling-off rights

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you may have a 14-day right to cancel or return your order under applicable consumer law, subject to legal exceptions for sealed hygiene goods once unsealed. These rights do not replace any more favorable rights described above.
